1. Cloaks really aren't fitted except around the neck. It's a 360 degree circle cape meaning one size fits all. 2. Perhaps you should consider a thin cotton brocade and perhaps a dishy linen lining. Regardless, I rec going with a natural fiber if you're worried about schwetting through it. 3. You thinking full ankle-length or demi? 4. Iz easy-peasy. 5. Cost depends entirely on price of fabric. It takes the same length of time to make something out of silk as it does to make something out of cotton.
