I just found it today.  Hermione, directionless in where her life is going post-graduation and where her feet are taking her, spies a Snape in the grass.  No fluffy declarations of love, just two souls in the moonlight.  A quick read that satisfies.

Pardon the expression but Oh My Fucking Goodness, that was absolutely glorious. Beautifully written especially for a smutty piece.
