Be a sweetie and stop by christev 's LJ to send her a note of well wishes.  Don't expect her to respond any time soon though.  The poor witch is typing one handed. 

She was caught by a nasty Tripping Jinx on stairs.  Her left wrist is broken and they were unable to give her Skelegrow.  They just gave her a massive cast.  Here's a shot of her getting tortured traction.

Who in the world got her to consent to a photo of that? Bizarre. That gives credence to such modern medical tortures like maggots and leeches. Ewwwww!

I think she took it herself from her camera phone or something. There was she shared with me, but it included her face which I'm not certain she wants me to post.

And the weird device has something to do with where on her wrist she broke it. Supposedly she got herself a good one and in an unusual place.
