To my lovely F-list,

You know I love you, don't you?  I do.  Big hearts and stars and unicorns love.  Honest.  But I apologize if recently it seems as if I've been phoning it in a bit.  Small confession: I have been.  I'm thoroughly unmotivated.  It's not you love.  It's me.  I've been fussy and cranky.  It comes from a combination of work, poor diet, killer-exercise schedule that doesn't appear to do anything for my expanding waistline (See: poor diet), and still insane TGC posting schedule - which is beginning to feel a helluva lot like work.  I'm sorry for not being there for you.

We're still cool, right?

I truly don't know how you've managed to keep up the every-other-day posting schedule. I'd have snapped long ago. You can phone it in if you want to. I only post to my own lj once a month or so. I'd rather read what everyone else is up to. My life is pretty boring. I live vicariously through all of you.

if it's feeling like an obligation put it away for a few weeks; 'til it feels like a fun pastime again. the worst thing that'll happen w/ tgc is you get so stressed and pissed of that you completely cast it aside for good. if ya put it on the back-burner for a bit, u might want to write after a while and inspirational'll hit. thik about all the great books that went to shit at the end cuz publisher harassed the writer to force the finish for the deadline. fuck the schedule, juss relax and let it happen. =)

Woman, make some time for yourself. I do live TCG "threekly" updates, but everyone knows you have a RL. Try to take care of yourself first. We won't love you less if you do. At least I won't. =)

I don't know either, but I didn't post Friday. I got home late and had to turn around and get dressed for a function. In the 30 mins I had at home I was not going to post. Monday.

And it's not like I post much to my LJ either, but I feel guilty when I don't read up on the Friend's page and respond to other's posts.

Live vicariously? Hm... I'm hung over, wanna share?

It does sound so easy and so tempting, doesn't it? You know every M/W/F I miss a post I at least get one email asking 'Where's my chapter?' Sigh.

This weekend I'm going to finish penning Ch46. Work on 48 (47 is in the can and ready to roll) and I'm going to garden damnit. Yep, garden. Take anger and frustration out on weeds and pull out the overgrown hydrangeas.

Ha! Thanks dear. The schedule was invented to stay on track because in RL I'm a complete procrastinator and the WIP would never get finished without it. See! Method-Madness.

I am going to take care of myself this weekend. I have plans to relax - it's scheduled! And sleep. At this point sleep is very good. Indeed.

It's sad when hobbies (exercise, smut-writing) start to feel like work. Take a lil break if it's getting to you. Yes, I like the smut-er-story, BUT I like you, too, and I want you to have fun and be happy. :o)
